MINI CREW

Where the journey begins. Every soccer journey has a beginning and this is it.

Their First Soccer Experience

Should Be a Great One

Mini Crew introduces toddlers and preschoolers to soccer through play, movement and age-appropriate activities. Players begin developing balance, coordination and body control while becoming comfortable with a soccer ball at their feet.

Just as importantly, they begin learning how to participate in a group — listening, communicating, taking turns, solving simple problems and gaining confidence away from Mom and Dad.

No pressure. No competition.
Just play, movement and discovery.

What Mini Crew Develops

Six ways every session builds them up

Movement

Running, jumping, stopping, changing direction, balance and coordination.

The Ball

Early exposure to dribbling, kicking, stopping and manipulating a soccer ball.

Confidence

An environment where children feel comfortable trying something new and discovering what they can do.

Independence

Learning to participate without a parent directly beside them, and becoming comfortable with coaches and other kids.

Social Development

Sharing, communicating, taking turns, following simple directions and playing alongside others.

A Love for Playing

Above everything, we want children leaving Mini Crew excited to come back — or graduate to Junior Crew.

6:1Player-Coach Ratio

Small Players. Small Groups.

Young children need attention, interaction and opportunities to participate. Mini Crew keeps groups small so kids aren't standing in line waiting for a turn — they're moving, exploring and interacting the whole session.

The Crew Pathway

Step 1Mini Crew
Step 2Junior Crew
Step 3Steamer's Crew

There's no race to get there. Children develop at different speeds — some players join Mini Crew more than once before their next step, and that's perfectly okay. We don't rush development. We build it.

Every Player Has a First Practice

Every player has a first coach. Every player has a first time they fall in love with the ball. This is where the Crew begins.
